EEM cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address confirmation is given on the review page in the checkout section of the site, so please ensure the details are correct.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and the standard delivery guidelines of this service apply. EEM will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Shipping costs are as shown in cart.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately at hello@redtrianglestudio.com. However, the majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped order cannot be cancelled.

Acceptance of Goods

All stock is quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there any issues.
