EEM will receive your order from the online store and be responsible for processing it. In this way, the product(s) you purchase at the online store will be completely handled by EEM, who will be exclusively responsible for:

2. Processing and receiving payments
3. Billing the product(s)
4. Delivering the product(s)
5. Post-sale matters in relation to delivered product(s)
6. Customer service

Use of the website constitutes agreement with these terms and conditions. EEM may, in its absolute discretion, modify or amend these terms and conditions from time to time and those modifications will become binding once displayed on the website.

EEM is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website.

EEM will attempt to keep the content of the website up to date at all times. However, EEM does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of the content. Items promoted on the website are subject to availability and may change from time to time. By using the website, you acknowledge that colour accuracy on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, EEM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

EEM shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, EEM shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Shipping

EEM cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order. Address confirmation is given on the review page in the checkout section of the site, so please ensure the details are correct.

We use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia and the standard delivery guidelines of this service apply. EEM will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. Shipping costs are as shown in cart.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your order, you must email us immediately. However, the majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped order cannot be cancelled.

Acceptance of Goods

All stock is quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the goods should there any issues.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Refunds

The goods can be returned for refund within 30 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels still intact. To return a product for refund, please email us at hello@redtrianglestudio.com and inform us of the reason for refund. We will then provide you with further instructions and a Return Authority number (RA#). When returning an item for refund, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods for refund are the responsibility of the consumer, these can be paid at a flat rate through our return portal (RA# required). Please note final sale items cannot be returned (Final sale are items reduced by 60% or more)
